Course requirements
Whilst some interns are happy to fulfill the requirements of their internship and be flexible with their projects, others may wish to define precisely what they wish to achieve during their internship. For example, Emmanuel from Reims completed a 3-month internship purely to research the Australian wine and champagne market. In addition to his own research, Emmanuel also suggested an annual program of gastronomic or wine education evenings. This resulted in an on-going partnership with the CIVC (The Champagne Bureau) in offering French champagne tasting and education evenings for members, students and the general public.
FLE Interns
FLE (French as a Foreign Language/ Français Langue Etrangère) interns have the opportunity to develop teaching materials, conduct assessment tests, and assist the organisation with official certifications of French as a Foreign Language.
