The Alliance Française de Sydney has developed a new way of learning French based on the concept of “Total Immersion”.
These courses are primarily designed for students who already have a good grasp of the French language (advanced and superior level -Alliance Française de Sydney Level 7 – B1 equivalent).
Goal: Maximum communication in small groups. 

You can join these 4-week sessions which are spread over 4 Fridays.

These classes are held from 10.00am – 3.00pm that is, 20 hours of class in total with a 1 hour break at the Grand Café. The group, if students wish,  has lunch “à la française” and speak French. Throughout the day workshops are organised for both conversation and the study of particular aspects of French culture. These workshops will focus on a weekly theme including French films, media, songs, business and gastronomy…

The educational content has been developed in accordance with the Common European Reference Framework for languages and entirely respects the 5 linguistic fields of skills development: reading, writing, listening, speaking and communicating.

The teacher for these workshops is Olivia de Bergerac, who has a PhD in literature and a Master in Business Administration. In cooperation with Olivia, the Alliance Française is not only offering you an excellent way to improve your communication skills in French but also the opportunity to explore new ideas and cultural topics in a friendly and welcoming ambiance.
