We have many cultural events planned for both francophones and francophiles at Alliance Française de Sydney - here is a snap shot of some events coming up through the rest of the year. Our culinary program has been a great success - there is one final workshop in October. Don't miss out - it could be a life changing cooking experience!
Courses will be starting to fill for the next sessions so we urge you to consider learning French, or brush up your conversation skills. We also invite you to flaunt your French at Le Grand Café by Bécasse - a hub of francophile activity! The latest French magazines and newspapers are available to purchase at Reception. You can also browse a selection of recent editions in our Media Centre, located on Level 1.
Membership to Alliance Française de Sydney is based on pro-rata rates until December 2010. We commence our annual membership program in January 2011. If you choose to become a member, or renew your membership, you will be eligible to enter our competitions for free tickets to many French oriented shows around town, or to WIN a prize giveaway, receive member discounts to our events, or to attend one of our 'member only' events, such as the café littéraire - a monthly book club for intermediate to advanced, or native, French speakers.
We have been upgrading our computer system so haven't sent an e-news during July - apologies to those who have missed receiving regular updates!
