Vins Cheese for Love or Love for Cheese?
Casanova said: "Cheese can restore an old love... and ripen a young one".
Let's follow the "Expert for Love" and celebrate an early Valentine's. Our first cheese & wine event at the Alliance this year is dedicated to Love: love of cheese & good food, cheese as an aphrodisiac? With their oozing seductive texture & creamy flavour, triple cream cheeses show all the signs of pure decadence. But we'll also have other scrumptious blues & nutty hard pressed cheeses to balance tastes & textures. These luscious morsels will be matched with wonderful wines (the colour of the night is pink, you are warned!) and will have you swooning... And as usual, there will be games, blind tastings and great prizes to be won.
Get ready for a very exciting night!
Bookings essential!!!

"Communication" a Plastic Arts exhibition by Laure Molina
The artistic work of Laure Molina takes as its roots the exploration of territories and cultures from the "new world" (Latin America), as well as incorporating theories of quantum physics. It represents the interplay between reflection, expression and emotion. Her intention is to take the audience back to the core, just as much the natural, virtual as the multidimensional.

Sandrine has been living in Sydney since August 2006. With this new exhibition she leads us to discover through her paint
strokes, her feelings & impressions on Australia. She explores this colourful journey from a variety of angles: the hues, culture, nature & landscapes of Australia. "My painting is the mirror to my soul. I don't describe, I open a window onto my perception. I superimpose layers of glaze that I remove in some places, I add sand,
paper...like a game of construction and demolition, a bit in the image of the new world" she explains.
