The objectives are to learn or improve basic, general oral and written communication in French while drawing from subject areas based on Business French pertaining to companies, commerce, marketing, commodities markets, banking, the postal services, international exchanges, human interactions…
This program will also prepare you for a Level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and aims to facilitate your international commercial interactions and relationships with French or French-speaking companies throughout the world.
You will use a textbook called « Travailler en Entreprise 1 » which also comes with a CD-Rom. Your teacher, a specialist in this area, will lead you in your learning by using a number of authentic business-related documents and by adapting their methodology to your specific professional needs.
The classes will take place at the Alliance Française de Sydney every morning from Monday to Thursday between 8.00am and 9.00am over 8 consecutive weeks. That is, 32 hours per session.
If you are unsure about your level in French, we suggest that you contact the Alliance Française to organise a placement test.
The course will be run with a minimum of 6 students and a maximum 12 students.
