Customer service Officer


Tasks:


- Provide a courteous, professional and welcoming first point of contact 
  (face to face, over the phone or by Email) to all customers, members and visitors
- Promote the sales of courses, exams, cultural events
- Process payments and readjustments

 

To be considered for this position you must:

- Be bilingual in English and French 
- Have excellent customer service skills: face to face, over the phone or by e-mail
- Be proactive, friendly, and very well organised
- Be able to multi-task and to work in a busy environment
- Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


Conditions:
Full time
5 days a week (09:00 am – 05:00 pm or 11:00 am – 07:00 pm) including Saturday 08:30 am – 02:30 pm

Rosters are subject to changes depending on our activities so flexibility will be expected.


Starting 4 of September
Location: 257 Clarence Street, Sydney CBD Branch
Salary: based on experience and qualifications
