The Alliance Française de Sydney (AFS) is a not-for-profit organisation, which has been at the heart of Franco-Australian cultural exchange since 1899.
We continue to be the premier destination for internationally recognised French language programmes & certificates for people of all ages. The Alliance Française de Sydney also established the Alliance Française French Film Festival, now celebrating its 31st year, and is the largest film festival both in Australia and outside of France. Today we have more than 500 members and more than 2,000 students enrolled across all levels.
To continue our commitment to providing a high-quality learning atmosphere for our students, the Alliance Française de Sydney requires donations in order to maintain our premises. The AFS Centre - designed by famed Austrian-born Australian architect Harry Seidler as his last commercial and public design - was built 12 years ago and as such, needs more maintenance than has been the case in the past.
The Alliance Française de Sydney has established an ATO-approved School Building Fund. Donations are 100% tax deductible.
The Alliance welcomes any donations, without your generous support we would not be able to provide the high standards of education and cultural exchange which we strive to achieve.
