David Bitton is a French Chef, Entrepreneur, Author and family man. This is a story about healing and transformation. David’s raw, honest and unedited memoir will take you on an inspiring journey from his own dysfunctional childhood through to a life of purpose. During his talk, David Bitton will take you on a journey from France to Australia through many sliding door moments in his life; the choices he made leading him to be the success he is today.

David Bitton is the Owner and Managing Director of The Bitton Group. A French- born and trained chef, his career has spanned over 30 years in fine dining establishments around the world.
David, together with his wife Sohani, founded Bitton in 2000. Since then the business has grown exponentially with the launch of a product range of the same name, a small business consultancy, Bitton Consulting in 2011 and the opening of a second café, Bitton Oatley in 2016. The Bitton Group continues to be a family owned business and consistently draws influence from David’s French and Moroccan heritage and Sohani’s South African Indian background.
