The Boules Artiste Pétanque Club’s ‘Don’s Doubles’ is their biggest competition of the year with plenty of cash prizes on offer!

Some of the best players in Australia (and some of the worst!) will be competing for a first prize minimum of $300 plus prizes for the top 8 teams. 3 or 4 rounds of qualification (top 8 or 16 depending on number of teams). They will also be holding a consolante for teams that do not qualify.

Form a team of two people and have a go!

If you don’t have boules please let Boules Artiste Pétanque Club know when you register and they will be able to lend you some. This will be an exciting event in Sydney’s premier boulodrome!

Bring your own drinks and lunch or buy from the bowling club next door.

Cost: $15 per player ($30 per team)

Place: Randwick Boulodrome, Moverly Road, South Coogee

Time: Be at the ground by 9:00am to sign-in and pay. Please don’t be late! Competition must start at 9:30am

Finish: Around 5:30pm

Minimum of 3 rounds to qualify then knockout after lunch.
Consolante for non-qualifiers.

Important: If after registering you find cannot attend, please let Gary know at the earliest opportunity in case there is a wait list.

Alliance Francaise members are entitled to FREE first year membership of the Boules Artistes Petanque Club (normally $35). The club plays every week at venues in South Coogee, Mosman, Kirribilli, Pyrmont and Birchgrove. Equipment and tuition provided. Contact Gary at for a membership form.
