The Grand Chef dinners at Restaurant Hubert pay tribute to the masters of French cuisine.
For the third dinner in the series, Hubert recipes inspired by "the mother of modern French cooking", Eugénie Brazier. As teacher to many renowned French chefs, including Paul Bocuse, Madame Brazier was also the first woman to receive 3 Michelin stars.
Guests will be seated in the Theatre Royale and treated to an extravagant feast with live entertainment from Hubert's jazz trio.An optional
wine pairing will be available on the night. Unfortunately we are unable to cater to dietary requests for these dinners.
Tickets are $150 (an optional wine pairing will also be available on the night)
