About the Head Pastry Chef:

Head Pastry Chef Johann Vannier (ex La Pav), a Frenchman and classically trained pastry chef who has honed his exceptional skills with pastry and desserts in kitchens all over the world, will guide you through his gluten-free creations. Johann has spent years working for Michelin-starred restaurants, five-star hotels and some of the finest patisseries in France. In 2018 and 2019, he was placed in the top five of the Savour Patisserie of the year competition battling against 20 of the world’s most talented pastry chefs.
