Job description:

You will be an essential point of contact for students and guests, which includes greeting, addressing enquiries and processing sales. The role requires exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and ideally, a strong interest in France. Working alongside a small team, this role will allow you to work in collaboration with other departments including Teaching, Marketing, Events and the Media Centre.

Essential Criteria:

  • Good command in English and knowledge in French
  • Previous customer service experience (at least 2 years)
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with outstanding problem-solving
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-task
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online database management
  • A desire to learn a range of tasks and activities
  • A positive attitude
