Founded in 2018 by French couple Adrien and Cecile, Sacrebleu! is dedicated to the creation of delicious, authentic French treats, all carefully baked the traditional way in their commercial kitchen in Rozelle. 

One of their many highlights are their outstanding Canelés, a Bordeaux cake characterised by its crunchy caramelised exterior, which envelops a soft inner custardy crumb. But don't just take our word for it - Sacrebleu!'s original Canelé, flavoured with organic vanilla and rum, took home a gold medal at the 2019 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

For the more adventurous of spirit, Sacrebleu! has also developed a full range of other sumptuous Canelés flavours, including orange and Grand Marnier, dark chocolate ganache, salted caramel and much more.

Sacrebleu!'s moreish Madeleines are also a must-try, made with organic Australian honey and freshly baked to order. Originating in the East of France, this iconic sponge cake takes the form of a scalloped sea-shell, and is delicately buttery and utterly delicious.

Sacrebleu!'s philosophy is to use natural ingredients (favouring organic when possible) and free range eggs, whilst actively seeking to minimise its impact on the environment where it can.
