We're thrilled to announce a brand-new venue: the iconic Greenwood Hotel, just steps from North Sydney Station.

This year's theme is all about celebration — we're marking the 130th anniversary of the Alliance Française de Sydney! Get ready for an unforgettable evening packed with live entertainment and festive cheer.

We are organising a French song interpretation contest for teenagers of NSW who are learning French.

The award ceremony will take place on September 26th.
There will be 3 award categories: Best solo, Best group and Best band

A MUSICAL NIGHT WITH JANE RUTTER, FLAUTIST
Jane Rutter, an internationally acclaimed flautist and Chevalier des Arts et Lettres (Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters) of France, has captivated audiences worldwide with her radiant artistry. From the grand stages of the Sydney Opera House to the intimate ambiance of Parisian salons, Jane has redefined the possibilities of the flute, blending classical, jazz, and world music in a style all her own.

Interested in exploring your creativity in French? We're planning a creative writing workshop at the Alliance Française de Sydney!
Led by a native French writer, it’s a fun, supportive space to develop your writing, play with language, and discover new techniques.
