Prix National du Civisme pour la Jeunesse 2024 ceremony

The Alliance Française de Sydney was honoured to participate in the Prix National du Civisme pour la Jeunesse 2024 ceremony, organised by the Association Nationale des Membres de l'Ordre National du Mérite at the Consular Residence, under the distinguished patronage of the Consul General of France. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Consul General and the event organisers for their warm invitation.

We would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our valued partners—Killarney Heights Public School, the French-speaking Association of the North Shore (FANS), Taren Point Public School, and Lycée Condorcet Sydney - International French School—for their ongoing efforts to empower young people to take action, champion their values, and develop into engaged, responsible members of society.

NEW EXHIBITION - Le Monde sans fin

The phenomenon Le Monde Sans Fin takes centre stage at the Alliance Française Sydney. For the first time in Australia, the Alliance is hosting a major exhibition inspired by the Le Monde sans fin comic book, a publishing sensation by authors Christophe Blain and Jean-Marc Jancovici, that has sold over a million copies in France since its release in 2022.

Discover the exhibition on the first and second floor this november! Plus, the graphic novel is available to borrow from the library.
